A riddle. From the Lewis Carroll classic, Alice In Wonderland. Carroll himself said "the riddle has no answer, unless it does. But it doesn't, however it might." the riddle is unsolved, except in China. They know everthing. It is often used to confuse or befuddle a friend.

After your boss has gone for the day, you take a shit in his top desk draw, lock it and taking away the key.
Than you proceed to write him an email letting him know you are resigning and today is your last day.

(Magyarul, Ork pad)
In the Balcanic country of Hungary,
when a student is really ugly and/or too smelly for being in the same room as the other classmates during class or while taking an exam, if the teachers sees the need for it, the student has to carry his/her desk to outside of the classroom, and write his/her notes or continue the exam there.
The teachers will usally say 'Te kint írod mert te Ork vagy!' (You write outside 'cause you're an Orc!) when they see the need for this action.
It's usally occurs during exams, because the teachers don't want the smelly and/or ugly student to distract the attention of other fellow students
