Used when a person, mostly in the VTuber world, commits an act that is considered inappropriate, displeasing, wrong or in a wholesome case, playful.

As stated before, It can be used a form of admiration for being horny to a VTuber by not “looking respectfully.” Then proceeds the “Bonk” from them.
