A word used to describe an experience, something or someone that lives up to or goes just beyond expectations. Regularly used as a substitute for doing well, acceptable, okay, decent but importantly not as a substitute for things that could be deemed as excellent, awesome, fantastic or dope.
Q: How did you sleep last night? A: Valid thanks.
Q: Good day at work today, honey? A: Yeah, it was valid.
Q: I thought that movie was excellent, how about you? A: I'd go as far to say it was valid.
