When you say something and you mean it in a genuine, sincere way, but it comes out sounding horribly sarcastic.

Tom: "Hey, sorry I'm late."
Raphael: "No problem, after waiting so long I'm just glad you showed up at all!"
Tom: "Are you being sarcastic?"
Raphael: "Nah, sarry man. I have a problem with sincerecasm."

booth of a mother daughter where buy the "Spencer" is trying to pick up
