Dude, I'm telling you that those white stripers are nothing but passengers aboard this ship. Most engineers will agree with me.

A young female volunteer at a retirement home. Usually wearing really ugly uniforms that make her look like a candy cane. Often girls who are just there to get credit for volunteer hours.

She was the sweetest candy striper I ever met.

scraper

an oldsmobile from the 80's one which one can put a whistle tip muffler. It's an East Oakland Cali thing. The term derived from the fact that when one dips or presses the gas and steps on the brake simultaneously the front and back bumpers SCRAPE the ground.

Yo I just put a whistle tip and some by-nines on my SCRAPER.

Tip Scraper

Name of the person that is blowing you and you feel their teeth throughout the whole act. Can be due to crooked/crowded teeth.

That tip scraper tore my foreskin up last night. I should have just put it in her butt.

scraper bike

Bikes that are nicely spray painted, and feature aluminum foil wrapped around sets of spokes, which result in the bikes appearing to have rims like a box chevy in the hood. Some people spray paint the aluminum foil to match the bikes color, or the exact opposite. Most jackasses that participate in this are only involved out of pure boredom, and are entertained with it for days to come.

A skate board pimmped out with tasles chains tin foil or what ever is lookin claen on your scraper. invented in A-town by the SPK and the TTS clicks... we roll hard so dont step. if you see a scraper board scrapin in you direction you better step back.
