A combination of probably and possibly. Less certain than using probably but a bit more confidence than using a simple possibly.
John: With everything still closed because of the Coronavirus, are you gonna catch up on some Netflix over the weekend?

A combination of probably & possibly- a way to answer a question without fully committing.
When said confidently, it can cause confusion- resulting in the person on the receiving end to become flustered and embarrassed, especially when a formal meeting- and while they might question what you actually said, they tend to move onto the next topic.
