Foolish shenanigans, quite literally the two words put together.

Can be used as a plural, as such to name multiple or more of such fooliganism, also could be used as a way to describe someone/something as dumb as last month's Ceramic Mugs Monthly.
Dude, no drunk riding; please, ride safe and get home and kickstand that bike no need for a fooligan like that.
