a person that is a fag in the sense that they are annoying or stupid. The "adoodle" part is just adding extra insult.

example: marcelo vincenzo luizzi was extremely fagarious the other day;
he was fagarious like cameron decker that one time he shared his matchmaker in the bathroom with andrew moyer.

Usually used in a joking context.
