It can also mean the little pieces of feces that dangle from a dogs butt.

He's such a dingwell, needs to grow up, be quiet, and realize he's never right about anything.

Like the previous president, Donald Trump has dingwell’d the American People in numerous fronts.

When participating in Meriden Talks FB Group one regularly gets dingwell’d. Only the dummies and dopes fall for it.
