A parental protest against their children's choice of pants. Threatening to take away the choice to wear too tight, sagging, or just plain ugly pants.

Depromanticism

Depromanticism - Depromantic-

The depression occurring after excessive positivity and romanticism.
One can be romantic while being depressed, but while being depromantic, one is inclined to relate romanticism to negative emotion.

I tend to be a depromantic from time to time.
Depromanticism can be a pain.
