The physical state of ones body the morning after a night of extreme binge drinking leaving then not only dehydrated but also still wasted. Often occurs after large amount of cheap beer.

It is ironic that I drank 32 cans of a liquid but am dehydrated and still wasted. I guess you could say I am dehydrawasted.

A guy who is thirsty for any period of time longer than 3months and up to 2years.
Extremely desperate to the point where even if his female subject rejects him multiple times he still perseveres in pursuing her. Despite the fact that she is clearly and obviously not interested, he never stops. Beware!!!!
