A person who is both chubby (a little overweight) and lovely.

These people are usually secretly adored because they're so delightfully huggable but not someone you'd show off to your friends.

Chubbled

The most grevious of afflictions where at a younger age a person is chubby for no reason even if they eat healthily and are super cool. Normally disapears after growth spurts and then the person can be awesome and non-chubby!

Rhys - "Nevile looked like he grown up alot in the 7th harry potter movie, he was a bit chubbled in the earlier movies"

The skin that is on the neck of an overweight person. Also known as the "Second Chin". Derived from the words "chubby" and "stubble".
