Chipotle is an American restaurant chain specializing in Mexican food. The format is very fast paced where customers go down an assembly line. Each step has 2-6 choices and each customer gets a custom dish. The chipotilization effect carries this model onto other cuisines

Chi-poke - (Hawaiian style of raw fish)
Pho-pote - Vietnamese Pho (noodle) soup

Chut-pote - Indian Curry and rice commonly served with Chutney.

Wow there are so many quick lunch options, that used to take so long. It must be the chipotilization of the neighborhood.

Heading straight to Chipotle after an emotional experience such as a break up, job loss, or death in the family and binge eating a burrito bowl with extra proportionals of all ingredients and ordering chips & guac on the side.

Usually accompanied by a Chipotle Margarita and tears.

Jame's wife left him so he's eaten at Chipotle three days in a row now sitting in the same corner seat asking strangers to console him. He's becoming too chipotional.
