This is an acronym for the phase "Been Seen With Woodchucks." This term is used for anytime when someone considered to be normal (or even of a higher status or class) is seen in close contact with other individuals that are identified as being of a lower status or class (e.g., nerds, pencil pushers, geeks, greenies, consultants, etc.). The use of the term Woodchuck comes from the idea that these individuals are continuously bothersome with their chatter.
