Fear of Zack, the little known brother of Justin Bieber who is famous for getting a nose job so extreme that he now looks like Michael Jackson. A fear of the term "nose job," particularly when it is performed by a plastic surgeon named Zack.
I have a severe case of zackophobia. Even the mention of nose jobs and Michael Jackson in the same breath sends shivers down my spine!
