The essence of who you are. The congruence of your actions with your own personal sense of integrity.

The moment by moment expression of your authentic inner reality and desires.

Being in a wholesome, child like state of non contention/not worrying, feeling free to be who you are, regardless of potential external consequences.

(Esp.) when people are presently engaged with doing what they love most.

When you make art, you're in your youness, and it's so beautiful to witness.

Watching you express your youness inspires me to be more of myself.
