Winchester is the best town in New Hampshire also it is the worst. Crime rates are high because of the small police force. also has reputation for incest. kids would rather get drunk in the woods than go to school this is why the high school in town shut down.

Posh dads wear their jumpers tied around their necks. Usually accompanied with sunglasses.
Students who take philosophy as an A-Level don't wash and are indie or just use any excuse to protest because they think it's cool.
Students talk about politics when they know nothing about it.
The boys are turning into girls and taking selfies.
Other than that a really nice historical city!

Winchester has been the home of several higher education establishments. Kentucky Wesleyan College was located in the city from 1890 to 1954. When Kentucky Wesleyan left, the local Churches of Christ organized Southeastern Christian College on the former Kentucky Wesleyan campus. After SCC folded in the 1970s, the campus was preserved as a public park.
