An Uraraka kinnie can be kind at time but at others kinda intimidating. Uraraka Kinnies like to be in control most of the time and when they aren't. Also when they like someone they will get flushed really easily. They also feel the need to help others anonymously just so they can make themselves feel happy about helping someone in need.
