A place you go to get treatment for tweeting. Often times warning signs are sleeping with a cellphone, hand and finger cramping, tweetbenders followed bytweethangovers.

I think he needs tweetrehab before it's to late. It will break my heart if I have to pry that cellphone from his cold dead hand.
