To "tote" is the phenomina of releasing bodly fluids from out of your knee. This is only possible if you are to catch the rare disease called "Patella copulatory" that causes for a penis to grow on your knee. This disease can only be caught by coming in contact with someone else with the disease. It's origins are unknown.
