It is a list of things you will never do before you die(exactly the opposite of the Bucket list).

Ex:

Person 1: Are you gonna buy Modern Warfare 3?

Person 2: No man, its on my Just Fuck-It List.

Fuck it list (noun) a list of places that people want to travel to and see before they kick the bucket . They might do other things that they wanted to but never had the chance to ....
