Scream with the letter a omitted, to express haste. An exclamation in acknowledgement to a mild annoyance or an unfortunate event. Can be prepended with 'big' to convey a stronger or more extreme response.

'Did you remember to get your free crepe yesterday?' 'I forgot! Screm!'
