Scraggler

So basically this one for the boys.

A scraggler is when you shave your pubes and/or balls and you leave a leftover or two fully developed pubes. The super long, funnily enough, extra curly one. You know the one.

Steven: "Yo Chet, I was just shaving my balls ye?"
Chet: "ye and?"
Steven: "I totally nicked my balls and had a couple scragglers left... I was too scared to cut near it again."

Person who just plain hurts.

Person who cheats his fellow brethren.

Person who is dirty, does not bathe or shave, and is of a scragly appearance.

Person/s who act and behave like shady vagrant derelict, shot out individuals. Often participating in nefarious activities. Such as Theft. Meth. Heroin. Hoeing trash digging. Panhandling. Often living in cars or the streets. Some of the most advanced of the scragglers will form communities under bridges and river beds. Often making and abiding by their own fucked laws of scraggle. They must not be taken lightly. Their own special song and dance the Scraggle Waggleis often chanted in the birthplace and nation capital of the scraggly population.
