(There are some that just don't care where you work, how much you make, etc they just want a commission) but there are others out there who still care and have moral fiber.
I placed a candidate with a client of mine recently. He was really excited and wanted it to go permanent. We negotiated with the Management to have him brought in full time.
I asked the candidate how much he'd like for perm salary he said "70-75k" well I knew the range so got him 85k a year instead. I was elated to find him a position he liked for more that he was asking. That is the fun part of my job!!
