Rickrolled is when someone falsely links you to a site with images and/or videos of Rick Astley.

The most used video of Ricks' is the song "Never gonna give you up" made in the eighties.

The verb used to describe that you clicked a misleading youtube(Or another video hosting website) link that leads you to a video that is very silly instead of the video described. It derives from the Halo 3 GameFAQs/Gamespot forum where a Rick Roll music video was commonly linked in place of the video misleadingly described as a Halo 3 gameplay video.

I just got rickrolled! That video was fake!

Being fooled by a seamingly awesome YouTube video link given on a forum or a blog which is ultimatly a link to the music video of Never Gonna Give You Up from the 80's english pop star, Rick Astley.

The infamous "rickroller" below named marcellus67 will promote, in the following example, on a forum thread, a particularly incredible video by using of exagerated sensionnalism with the idea to catch the attention of those deviant perverts. Those same perverts, overly excited by the idea of that primate pleasuring that whore, will click on that YouTube link with the quickness only to hear the first note of Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley and be amazed by his ginger awesomeness.
