1. When someone ruins another person's moment when receiving an award or when someone is cruel for no apparent reason.

2. When someone is a jackass for no reason.

Referring to the 2009 VMA's when Kanye West rudely interrupted Taylor Swift as she accepted her award, ruining her moment.

Act: When a professor keeps you 5 minutes after a last minute scheduled make-up class with full awareness and total disregard that you only had those 5 minutes to get to your next class.
