pig fucker

A historical term used in the logging industry to identify the person, usually a teenage boy, who greases the logging cables as they were being pulled with logs. The term "pig fucker" comes from the person being so greased up with cable grease that he wasn't able to catch the "pig" (the logging cables). This was considered one of the most dangerous jobs in the logging industry because the pig fucker was constantly dodging moving timber logs.

Hey, go tell the new kid that he is the pig fucker on the morning shift, and tell him to get his ass out on the landing asap.
