To "Pull a Phyllis" is to shit your pants, especially in embarrassing circumstances, e.g., at work. If you need to leave work early to go drinking with your friends, simply "Pull a Phyllis," well, not literally, but how can your boss argue with, "I shit my pants"?

Your friends want you to leave work early in order to join the pre-game Seattle Sounders rally. They suggest, "Just Pull a Phyllis."
