An expression for someone who is an especially annoying pillock. It was used in an episode of Friday Night Dinner.

Poplocking

A humorous name to call a meth addict when they cannot control their body movements or nervous system. They'll try to play it off but they can't and so they look like an incompetent pop locker.

Oh my goodness, that freak is poplocking so hard he's going to hit himself in the head!
