portia is the name of a girl who teleports everywhere. you never see her arrive, and you never see her leave. she's just either there or she isn't. she probably doesn't exist in real life, she only exists when she needs to be there but in reality she's not even real. she also doesn't know the meaning of personal space, she literally teleports next to you and is literally just sitting there. she's literally a jumpscare. she's also really weird and posts her ugly feet on her insta and also posted a selfie where you can literally see the tank of the toilet in the background. also you don't pronounce it as por-sha, in this case you actually pronounce it literally how it's spelled - port-i-a.
