Otoya Dance is a dance that Originated from episode 14 of Kamen Rider Kiva. It was done by Kurenai Otoya.

The dance was epically attempted by a gaiafag named Zentetsuken on Gaia's GD. But utterly failed to make it mainstream.

Acronym for Observation, Orientation, Decision, Action. Coined by Lt. John Boyd as the "OODA Loop", a cyclical decision-making process, aimed to aid U.S. Air Force fighters.

Later adopted by midwestern United States art collaborative OODA Group.

Otolaryngological Water Torture

The almost immediate and completely unbearable sensation of liquid running down the nasal cavity onto the upper lip (or down the throat) with no way to stop it and panicking from the anxietious sensation. Similar in many ways to water boarding in that the feeling of the liquid quickly becomes frightening and the victim begins to panic.

Getting a runny nose while your hands are tied and you are unable in any way to wipe the drip from your nose/upper lip. The ticklish sensation can often send a person into a mild panic attack.
