Individuals who favor and position their ego to solely benefit their selves at the detriment of another, whether politically, in business, with personal relationships, etc. Opposed to narcissism that seeks gratification from vanity or egotistic admiration of one's idealized self image and attributes.
This relationship was a terrible one sided deal that left me hurt, which displays their ego nepotism.
