A backwoods term for a short white man who acts black, i.e. "Wigger". Napoleon complex (also Napoleon syndrome) describes a type of inferiority complex suffered by caucasian men who are short and/or suffer from erectile dysfunction. Characteristics include lying to inflate importance i.e. "I have a red corvette. It's in the shop right now.", sporting the "bling", recording rap songs, and using a "street name" on the internet i.e. "Quad XXX", "QuadrupleX", Eminem, Vanilla Ice.

When students who attend a small college insist that their school is academically superior to bigger universities, when in fact their SAT scores and acceptance rate proves otherwise and their school is just not any fun.
Several students who are bitter about not getting into the state school they grew up supporting who now attend mediocre liberal arts colleges are prone to showing signs of an academic napoleon complex.

A serious and sometimes fatal psychiatric condition. The individual suffering from the disability finds themselves under-endowed and attempts to assert their manhood through other outlets; i.e. driving large trucks with no good business purposes for doing so.

Showing up in a town you're not originally from looking to conquer it (whether it's done as a game or for your amusement, or some less lofty purpose) is more like a Napoleon complex than not.
He/she was saying/writing something about somebody else having a Napoleon complex and retaliation, though nobody else had brought up the subject of physical altercations but him/her (at least not yet).

A theorized inferiority complex normally attributed to people who are overweight. It is characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behavior, such as lying, spreading rumors, manipulating or even harming others who may stand in their way, and carries the implication that such behavior is compensatory for the subject's physical or social shortcomings. A reverse horizontal napoleon complex has many of the same characteristics of a normal napoleon complex, with the difference being an overabundance of body mass as opposed to a short stature. This complex is sometimes synonymous with roid-rage, but can also apply to people with an abnormal or excessive fat accumulation where the subjects BMI is over 30.
That biker has reverse horizontal napoleon complex, he thinks he is big and bad because he weighs 300 pounds.
