The word Norm is used when you cant remember someones name. a Norman is the collective noun.

Its used when you dont no somones name. for eg if somone introduces themself and you forget their name, u just call them Norm or Norma.

Norm

He's always been there when I fall. We speak on the phone for hours if I'm feeling sad. He will make me laugh regardless. Hes weird and I know he will be there for me because that what real friends do. He will give me a nice hug that will make it all better.

A replacement for anything you would like it to be. It may be a replacement for a swear word or even put into the sentence as a verb. There is no true definition for the word Norm.
