Someone that over-plans other peoples responsibilities, timelines and procedures without any understanding of what actually needs to happen or how anything actually works... failure is inevitable.

Tim, you want Tom and I to be upstairs and get content from the client at 6:24 am and get it to the Floperations Director by 6:25 am or we are fired. But Tim, you microplanager, you forgot to ask if they had the content.
