Managerment

In a work setting, managerment is the process of managing one's manager, rather than doing one's job. Normally implies that a manager is incompetent or otherwise unable to fulfill their tasks, (i.e. is prone to panicked outburst that require employees to calm them or otherwise do their job for them).

My manager is so incompetent, I spend more time working on managerment than I do on my job!"

Mangerie

Pronounced like "lingerie" except with the first syllable replaced by "man": Men's colorful bicycling wear i.e. the lycra-clad, sponsor-adorned, AMATEUR bicyclists that look like they've spent a lot of time prissying themselves up in front of the mirror to look good for their "straight" bicycling partners (more like bi-partners). Typically goes with an obnoxious riding style like hogging the road in a little pack (fudge anyone?) when they could use the damn bike-lane less than 10 feet away AND be safer while they're doing it.

"Hey, look at that clown! He's hogging the road, riding in the WRONG gear, while trying to look cool, but he still looks like he just took his bike out of the closet because he's prancing it up in the mangerie his bi-partner bought him for his birthday!"

"That's right dude; doesn't he know there's a bike lane 3 feet away? The reason he can't ride faster is because he's afraid to sweat in his pretty mangerie!"

To be task managered:
Having your computer frozen by a nearby twat

In institutions such as schools, where the task manager command is disabled, by pressing and holding the keys Ctrl, Shift and Esc for a period of time it is easy to successfully freeze a colleague's computer. This causes them to lose all their work. TASK MANAGERED!

Managerial Intercourse

The oppressive results of requiring subordinates to observe in discharging their managerial directives. An act resulting in a company reducing creativity, eliminating new ideas and a loss of the company's competitive edge.

Mr. CEO you seem to want us all to commit what would be best described as managerial intercourse. You have no tolerance for others opinions and when challenged completely unable to fathom you quite possibly may be the dumbest guy in the room.
