The Megalovania Harp is a hidden set of notes found in the original Megalovania that is only audible while boosting certain parts of the song. When this idea was introduced to the SoundCloud Undertale community, the idea was insane. With further research, however, CharaGunner (the meme's discoverer) was proven correct.

When a song becomes so iconic, it can be identified by the first few notes alone.

Person 1: Hey, check out this song I can play on the piano.
Person 2: Okay.
*Person 1 plays the first notes of Never Gonna Give You Up*
Person 2: That's a MEGALOVANIA Effect if I've ever seen one. Goddammit.

The foreboding feeling of getting your ass kicked while facing a frightening situation; a very bad time. American composer Tobius Foxus III popularized this term in his works such as The Halloween Special and Tales from the Underground, which are used in contexts perfectly on par with the original definition of MeGaLoVania.
The feeling of MeGaLoVania, where you feel like you are gonna get fucked up in a terrible situation.

The song that plays during the fight with Sans in Undertale. It's name is actually two words put together. Megalomania and vain. Megalomania refers to an obsessive desire for power or control. Vain refers to an action being overall pointless. This reflects Sans' sense of motivation during his battle, as he desperately tries to control the situation so he can change things for the better, but since he, on some level, knows of the player's ability to try again regardless of how many times they died, Sans can tell his efforts are in vain. Hence the name of the song, Megalovania.
I listen to Megalovania quite often, but not because I wanna seem cool or something. I listen to this song because it reminds me that just because situations seem unsalvageable, doesn't mean you can't try to fix things. We're gonna fail anyway, so why not try to succeed, what's there to lose?
