Another fun way to say you're laughing really hard. LLooll stands for Looniously Laughing Outrageously Out Loud Louder. Note: Can and will be considered annoying by many people.

Mandii: What's black and white and red all over?
Jordan: I don't know.What?
Mandii: A sunburnt zebra!
Jordan: Llooll you're so funny! I wish i had as good of jokes as you do!

Its a typo.

someone attempts to type 'lol'

And suffers from FFS (Fat Finger syndrome in ths case)

That person is then mocked, but it catches on, and becomes synonymous with them on that forum/discussion board.

A synonym/equivalence to a homosexual. The expression was popularized by superstar and comedic geneous sasha baron cohen. He most often uses the phrase when portraying his character borat. He has however been known to use it occasionally when playing his other character ali g.
