neuken in de keuken

literally means "to have sex in the kitchen" in dutch. But Dutch people always tell tourists that it means "hello" in dutch. It is a very commonly used expression, Dutch people being great fans of kitchen sex. Probably the second national sport after cycling.

Blood limit. This term is used in the anime Naruto to describe the abilities used by a specific clan that can only be used by those born with specific blood line.

kekeke

This is an onomatopoeia for laughter. Its origin is the Korean onomatopoeia ㅋㅋㅋ, in which ㅋ stands for the "k" sound, like in raspy, stifled laughter. (I'm not sure why it wound up transliterated as "kekeke" rather than just "kkk", though.) Incidentally, the same onomatopoeia also exists in Japanese, written as けけけ.
