Basically Karen but these specifically exist in India, even more hypo critic, self obsessed and a lot more toxic than the good ol' Karen. Also, they don't just limit their stupidity to themselves but they try to preach it to masses, resulting in even more Karenganas.

They are special snowflakes who take delusion to a whole new level. They can be spotted on the web (or on the Indian Comedy Central aka News Channels) making irrelevant remarks just to stay relevant. They usually are graduates of the prestigious Whatsapp University, and usually base their views from the same.
