it's all good

Everyone/ Everything is cool.

Whoever you are/ Wherever you're from, you're alright with me.

It's all good

Platitude that covers so many emotions and situations that it says little; its only real meaning is that the speaker is trying to rise above whatever problem exists, without expressing their underlying negative emotions. (They might be angry, sad, upset, frustrated, hurt, disappointed, etc.) Often used in a passive-aggressive way. Rarely, used compassionately for someone else, trying to make them feel better. A favorite of inarticulate teens; fills in the gaps between: like, dude, dudette, whatever, so, I dunno, hey, etc.
Ariel: "I'm breaking up with you."
Campbell: "Whatever. It's all good."

It's all good

it’s all good

when you’re disappointed, but you’re too sad to speak up about something that has been on your mind. it’s not “all good”. it’s “all bad”. here’s an example: a person said they would call you in 10 mins, so you tell them to tell you when you’re about to call them. they don’t end up telling you when they’re going to call. so you don’t get the notification. and then once you see that they are in a call with someone else in the group chat, you think to yourself... “wow okay.”
“hey sorry i couldn’t get back to you... i was busy”
“it’s all good.”

It’s all good in the hood

It’s all good in the hood” is a phrase people refer to if:

Something has gone wrong but is soon renewed/fixed

When someone feels happiness in “the hood” therefore they feel happy where they are
“Mike, I’m sorry i forgot to bring your lost pouch in today”

It’s all good in the hood, Jerry!”
