glooby

A type of Fishing fly popularised by the famous taxidermist called Teppe. Believed to originate from champagnole circa late 1970's early 1980's.
Used extensively in Poland, Vescancy and Wales.
Along with the Palmer is often cited in divorce proceedings.

Here is a fly from 'Four a chaud' it is called the Glooby.

Consisting of, or typified by, elements of one culture transplanted into another, usually diluted or bastardized in the process. Derives from the misspelled slogan printed on a popular brand of chopsticks in American Chinese restaurants: "Welcome to Chinese Restaurant. please try your Nice Chinese Food With Chopsticks the traditional and typical of Chinese glonous sic history. and cultual sic."

Panda Express is tasty, but it's only a glonous version of real Chinese food.
