A briefly-used moniker for New York City, USA, used around the time of the invasion of Taliban-run Afghanistan after 11 September 2001.

From "fuhgeddaboutit", meaning "no worries, mate", and "-istan", the ending for a certain Muslim states in Asia.

What you say to mean you don't wanna either serve or partake of small highly-tasty-but-laxative-bearing fruits.

Da buffet-table at my friend's birthday party had a bowl of temptingly-aromatic "Buddha's fruit" as an appetizer, but I knew dat I was already majorly plagued with "da trots", and so I hadda figeddaboudit, and instead just selected a few grapes and other small fruits.

What Bert and Marshall Dodge should have done instead of setting out in da "Bluebird" on dat fateful day, when said fishing boat --- due to da entire area's being totally cloaked in one of Coastal Maine's infamous atmosphere-at-maximum-humidity intervals --- had its unfortunate encounter with da the irresponsibly-speeding-in-zero-visibility steamer "Bangor Packet".

I don't mind sailing in light mist, but when it gets to "thick-as-pea-soup" conditions, fogeddaboudit!
