After the success of retaining USD in banks and creating the Lollar, the same technique is used to devaluate the local currency in banks versus the same currency in cash by creating a lack of liquidity.

I can't withdraw my Biras in bank, I will pay with Liras that I find in black market.

A biracial (or multiracial) check box should be added to every application form - because this is the real world and very few people are 100% of any particular race (unless they inbreed - yuck!)
