Henlo means, "Dumb Bitch," it was popularized in New England in the early-mid 2000's and fell out of common use in the mid-late 2010's. It is a combination of two parts, "Hen," referring to a female Chicken, or in this case a female in general- typically a female dog, hence 'Bitch'- and, "lo," referring to someone who is 'Low IQ' Intelligence Quotient.
It has made a resurgence in recent years as a substitute for, "Hello," in casual Communiations, or to sound, 'Cutesy'. It is also related to Dimlo*, another insult common* from the same era.
Note: Although it was 'popular' at that time, that does not mean by any accounts that it was 'mainstream', it was primarily used by Students- to my knowledge- to avoid getting in trouble for profane language on school grounds. It was seen in multiple Cities and towns in the following states*; Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
This word- or conjunction? - is not representative of the states' cultures, but represented the will to persevere in, "Difficult situations." That being- of course- the inability to use otherwise restricted verbiage without- sometimes- harsh punishments.
