Words like “Fag” and Big Queer” no longer refer to homosexuals. The words are often used to refer to Anti-Free speech, anti-American, pro socialism, pro communism, pro democrat party, pro fascism(often especially supportive of ideologies that fuse communism and facism, (antifa being the bigger example). It also especially refers to RINOs like Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham.

Did you see those Antifa fags attacking innocent civilians? What a bunch of big queers!
