Someone who is only half-skeptical

Those who are half-skeptics either only are skeptical of other people and their beliefs (won't agree with anyone who doesn't fit their biases no matter what), or are only skeptical of their own beliefs (in essence, a people-pleaser).

When someone only reads half of something. Especially annoying during texting, leading to much confusion and miscommunication. Those jaded by this resort to phone calls for major planning, but this can be heavily resisted by introverts. They will not answer and then respond with a text, thus beginning a vicious cycle.
