Are you finished?

A rhetorical question useful for interrupting a rant or after you've received an undeserved beatdown.
fool 1: (insults the entire state of Tennessee)

fool 2: Are you finished? I hope so because I don't have any control over what Cowboy Troll does. I just found out he likes me a lot and suddenly everything makes sense. But I don't have anything to do with him anymore and he doesn't define the entire state!

Who you at?

East coast "new s#!t" greeting. Combining who are you? how are you? and where are you at, who you at? leaves ample time to greet someone and ridicule them on their clothing and/ or appearance.
Who you at? Oh s#!t son, is that last years Avirex?

In many subtitles I've found the phrase "you going?" Instead of "are you going?"
