Pipelines2possibilities program is an annual internship co-op-partnership pairing faculty mentors with Historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) graduate students to diversify educators within the California Community College system and emulate its varied student populations.

Managed through the California Community College Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO), Pipelines2possibilities is the solution.
