Ninja is an acronym which stands for No Income, No Job, No Assets. It is used to describe recent college graduates age 22 - 30 who are expected to create lives for themselves in a deadbeat economy. Coined by Michael Douglas' character in the movie Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
